The International Service Design Institute’s Assessment is for Service Designers to Gauge Their Skills
(Tampa, Fl., August 2021)— The International Service Design Institute, the only organization solely dedicated to the professional development of service designers, has launched an assessment for service designers to assess their skills. The ISDI Assessment is available here.
ISDI was founded on the idea that a professionally rewarding career as a service designer can be taught systematically through a sequential learning method. That means any courses or learning materials are built on what was taught prior – therefore service designers are taught by building a service end-to-end through to service experience improvement.
