ISDI’s offers its online platform to employers via an affordable annual license.

The license entitles licensees unlimited access to ISDI’s three comprehensive courses to train their employees in service design.

The courses can be company-branded and content can be changed slightly to match company training standards.

Each self-paced course includes case studies, templates, diagrams, videos, extra reading, and step-by-step instructional guidance.

Each course also has an assessment add-on for employees to demonstrate their learning accomplishments and earn a certification.

Volume II covers models and tools and tips – taking learners through the steps and process of designing a service.  This is intended as part reference, part refresher, but also for those who have a foundation and want to progress.

Volume III, which covers shaping user experiences, is for those learners who have designed services and want to improve their skills.
