The Apprentice, Part I in the Service Designer’s Handbook series of books and courses, is a foundational reference intended to help junior service designers, or those curious about the Service Design, begin the first steps to developing new Lines of Service (LOS). Topics include deconstructing service experiences, bringing service design into organizations by leading service concepts and service evaluations (service ideation), plus defining ideal ‘users, and techniques for developing user loyalty.
The course is made up of 6 modules and takes between 2-4 hours to complete.
