Workshops-in-a-Box

ISDI offers workshops for trainers–  complete kits for conducting a fully engaging, highly participatory workshop, based on our sequential learning approach. 

Each kit is purchased as a license, which can be used over a period of a year.

The kit includes group exercises, discussion topics, moderator guides, and instructional materials for using service design techniques.

ISDI'S e-learning Platform

ISDI’s proprietary online courses are available for license to third parties, including individual trainers and any organizations of any size.

This is the same online sequential, self-paced learning platform as available to individual learners. But as a turnkey platform, it can be customized to include branding and inserted content.

Additionally, the platform is set up so organizations can award registered certifications for completing the courses.

Service Design Asessments

ISDI’s service design assessments are used by employers, including for employment, to gauge employees’ and candidates’ knowledge and skills competency.

Steven J. Slater, principal author, has been developing and improving services for more than 30 years. His work includes launching renown U.S. public sector programs, pioneering online fundraising platform and systems, growing significant non-dues revenue for non-profits, and accomplishing lucrative services for global management consulting firms, among others — with traceable revenues of more than $2 billion.


Naomi Lantzman, a long-time university professor with expertise designing course curricula, is also a digital transformation consultant who has spent most of her career between conversion-based marketing campaigns, e-commerce solutions and user experience planning for donor-based non-profit fundraising organizations and private industry.
